It used to be that if your sale or purchase fell through, you were still landed with considerable legal costs. That is now a thing of the past with our ‘No Completion – No Legal Fee Guarantee’.
However, where the solicitor has paid out money on your behalf or you have agreed to additional work, those items will still be chargeable.

Case tracking
You will automatically receive an email at each stage of the transaction, ensuring that you can monitor the progress being made. Since we get a copy as well, we also keep our finger on the pulse.

Your questions answered:

• How do I access progress on the Internet?
  A user name and password (change it if you wish) will be sent so that you can log on to your case to check the progress whenever you wish.
• Why do I need this service, since I do not have the Internet?
  We shall track progress for you so that, you just need to call us for an up to date report.
• Can I instruct any solicitor I want?
  If you wish to take advantage of our service then we shall be able to provide you with regular updates and ensure that your sale or purchase moves quickly.
  
  Naturally you are free to select any firm you wish. But you should note that most solicitors do not operate a ‘no sale - no legal fee’ scheme and some have extra charges which may not always be disclosed initially.
  

• Are there any other legal costs?
  There are no additional legal fees unless you agree them separately with the law firm. These can occur due to unforeseen problems resulting in additional work. Disbursement costs will be charged in addition to legal fees and the solicitor will detail these for you.
• How do I start?
